Eligible Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) and Open Source or Classrooms can use this form to apply for reduced or free licensing from Atlassian.
Data Center licenses are valid for one (1) year. The license's user tier must match or exceed that of the Jira system license. Licenses can be upgraded to higher tiers.
Confluence users can optionally add Vivid Trace for Confluence to your deployment, at no additional charge. The type of your Confluence deployment does not affect Vivid Trace pricing.
Maintenance and Support. Licenses entitle you to one (1) year of support and product updates from the date of purchase at no additional charge. You can also purchase additional, contiguous maintenance periods in annual increments. For further details, refer to the Support and Support lifecycle information information.
Satisfaction Guarantee. Licenses can be refunded within 30 days of the original purchase.
Specifications. Vivid Trace is an add-on for Jira Data Center and Confluence Server. Vivid Trace is not available for Atlassian Cloud at this time. For more information including System Requirements, please see Specifications .
